Where can we deliver the package to?
- Currently, only US, CA & Europe.
- Please fill in the location of your country when placing your order.
Shipping and delivery time:
- For US and CA, 1-2 business days order processing time, and our parcels will be shipped from the US/CA and will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
- For Europea, 1-2 business days order processing time, and our parcels will be shipped from the German and will arrive within 2 to 5 business days vis DHL.
30 Day Refund Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or is not working within 30 days of the order being received , we will provide a DHL or UPS return label, you do not have to bear the return fee. The products must be returned unopened and unused for a refund.
If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it and the product can work well without any quality problem, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable.
The customer will receive the refund within 7 business days.
